Tour Requests & Inquiries
Submitting a tour request or inquiry through our website does not guarantee availability or reserve an event date. All tours are by appointment only and subject to confirmation.
Event Bookings & Reservations
Event dates are not considered reserved until a signed agreement is received and the required deposit has been paid. Availability is subject to change until confirmation is complete.
Deposits & Payments
A deposit is required to secure your event date. Deposit amounts, payment schedules, and refund policies will be outlined in your event agreement. Deposits are applied toward the total event cost.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund terms are outlined in the rental agreement provided at booking. Refund eligibility and timelines vary depending on notice and circumstances.
Event Policies
All events hosted at The Lodge Wedding & Event Venue must comply with venue policies, including but not limited to:

Failure to comply with venue policies may result in additional fees or early event termination.
Vendor & Third-Party Services
The Lodge Wedding & Event Venue allows outside vendors; however, all vendors must comply with venue rules and insurance requirements. The venue is not responsible for services provided by third-party vendors.
Property Use & Liability
Clients are responsible for any damage caused to the venue, property, or furnishings by themselves, their guests, or vendors. The Lodge Wedding & Event Venue is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
Event Insurance
Event insurance may be required for certain events. If required, proof of insurance must be provided prior to the event date, as outlined in the rental agreement.
Weather & Force Majeure
The venue is not responsible for weather-related conditions or events beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of nature, emergencies, or government restrictions. Weather backup options will be discussed during planning.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of The Lodge Wedding & Event Venue and may not be copied or used without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
The Lodge Wedding & Event Venue is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or participation in events hosted at the venue.
