Booking & Policy Cancellation

This policy outlines the terms for scheduling venue tours and reserving event dates at The Lodge Wedding & Event Venue. By booking a tour or reserving the venue, you agree to the following terms.
 

Venue Tour Booking Policy

  • Tours are offered by appointment only and are subject to availability.

  • Tour requests submitted through the website do not guarantee a confirmed appointment until approved by the venue.

  • Tours are provided at no cost and typically last approximately 45 minutes.

  • Tours may be scheduled on weekdays or weekends based on availability.

Tour Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule a tour, we kindly ask for advance notice.

  • Failure to attend a scheduled tour without notice may limit future tour availability.
     

Event Rental Booking Policy

Event dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis and are not secured until all of the following are completed:

  • A signed rental agreement is received

  • A $250 deposit is paid

Verbal agreements, inquiries, or tours do not reserve an event date.
 

Deposit & Payment Policy

  • A $250 deposit is required to save your event date and is applied toward your total rental balance.

  • Deposits are fully refundable within two (2) weeks of booking.

  • After the two-week period, the deposit becomes non-refundable.

Remaining balances and payment due dates will be outlined in your rental agreement.
 

Event Rental Cancellations

  • Written notice is required for all event cancellations.

  • Cancellations made within two (2) weeks of booking are eligible for a full refund of the deposit.

  • Cancellations made after this period may result in forfeiture of the deposit and any additional payments made, as outlined in the rental agreement.
     

Event Rescheduling Policy

  • Requests to reschedule an event must be submitted in writing and are subject to availability.

  • Deposits may be transferred to a new date at the venue’s discretion.

  • Additional fees may apply depending on the circumstances and new event date.
     

Insurance Requirement

All events require one-day event insurance.
Proof of insurance (COI) must be submitted no later than two weeks prior to the event date. Failure to provide insurance may result in cancellation without refund.
 

Failure to Comply With Venue Policies

Failure to comply with venue policies, payment schedules, or required documentation may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund.
 

Force Majeure

The Lodge Wedding & Event Venue is not responsible for cancellations or disruptions due to circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, natural disasters, emergencies, or government restrictions. These situations will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
